The sleep cycle Blank 1 of four stages and lasts about 90 to 120 minutes. Dreams can occur in any of the four stages of sleep. So, dreaming helps tackle stress, the mind is recharged and the body is revitalized. Dreaming transcends the mere unconscious aspects of social, emotional and personal awareness.
