      3.English has become the dominant language of international communication. – “English gradually became the primary language of international ..” – so clearly its not dominant language
      4. English is the native language of more than half a billion people of the world. – “Today there are more than 700 million English users in the world, and over half of these are non-native speakers” – so it not half a billion as more than half are non-native speakers
