  1. plz can anybody can discuss that in paragraph no. 2 why dejectedly instead of sadly, although both carry a same meaning….that I thin

    1. dejectedly usually gets used in depressed in spirits,. The word spirit was the clue to use the word “dejectedly”. that is my understanding though.

    2. because the intensity of both the words are different . Dejected gives more painful feeling and considering the background of the story it suits more than sad word. Hope you are agree to my justification.

    1. Inferno meaning-large fire that is dangerously out of control.
      In the sentence, Building was reduced to ashes.
      Inferno had reduced a third of the commercial buildings in Punxsutawney to ashes

  2. something to do with the word ‘terrain’ which is another word for earth. it says ‘globes by hand and to order’ which means something that can be made and that can be ordered….where?? on earth ofcourse.
