  2. Out of overall 12 questions ,only 6 answers are correct but i didnt get 12 out of 12 answers correctly.. what to do? Am i average only

  3. Why it is not “different vowel-like sounds”?

When I google “different vowel-like sounds” 1070 records return,
and “distinct vowel-like sounds” 1050 records returned.

So, In my opinion, they can be interchangeable.

    1. “the grunts, barks, wahoos, copulation calls, and yaks from baboons showed that”
this sentence clearly shows that five sounds were recognized or identified by the researcher.
and “Researchers have noted that these monkeys routinely produce five of the “distinct vowel sounds” found in human languages”. from this sentence we can again conclude that “produce” giving an idea that sounds were recognized means monkeys use five distinct vowel sounds.
      so answer is “distinct”
